Third Administrative and Spiritual Meeting

Guided by the belief that a shared mission is strengthened through unity and collaboration, the Latin Patriarchal Vicariate in Jordan held its Third Administrative and Spiritual Meeting for employees of the Latin Patriarchate in Jordan, under the theme “Together We Are the Salt – Building a Team United by a Shared Mission.” Held in the presence of His Excellency Bishop Iyad Twal, the gathering brought together spiritual reflection and meaningful dialogue, with the aim of strengthening fraternal bonds, fostering teamwork, and reinforcing a shared sense of responsibility. The meeting commenced with the celebration of Holy Mass, followed by opening remarks from His Excellency Bishop Iyad Twal. Fr. Emad Twal then led a workshop highlighting the importance of building a cohesive team rooted in faith and united by a common mission. The program also included an interactive discussion session, offering participants an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, explore ways to enhance collaboration, and strengthen communication and coordination across the various institutions of the Latin Patriarchate. The gathering reaffirmed the Latin Patriarchal Vicariate’s commitment to fostering a work environment built on love, trust, and cooperation, while deepening the spirit of belonging and shared dedication to the Church’s mission. It also emphasized that unity of purpose and collective effort are essential to achieving common goals and continuing the journey of service and dedication.
