Historical Overview

Established in Jordan in the mid nineteenth century, the Latin Patriarchate Schools stood as parish schools built next to the churches where they were located. The schools follow the Latin Patriarchate in Jordan and are supervised by the Office of the General Administration of Schools in Amman. The establishment consists of 42 schools and kindergartens distributed over 18 kindergartens, and 24 schools across Jordanian cities and villages.
The schools embrace a spiritual and academic vision that aims to raise children and youth in an atmosphere of freedom and love to awaken their spirit of personal initiative. the first school was initially established in Salt in 1866, adding other locations over the years as follows:
